The e-government program came within the framework of a supreme royal vision that aims to improve government performance in terms of service delivery and performance efficiency. Accordingly, the authority provides a number of services through this application.

Ratings and reviews

The app is filled with bugs. It takes so long to log in. If you enter something incorrectly and you receive an error message, you can't enter anything else unless you close the app then open it again. I was trying to log in to my account and it keeps giving me error. I thought I was doing something wrong but no, the app is buggy.

it is a good application but needs more enhancement like mention qty of water consumed and attach the water invoice as reference Also the satous of the water meter is not working I recommend adding such facilities to be more convenient

Login and registration is not working, send you different username each time if select forget my username, after failed login give you subscriptions for other users?! Very bad security and privacy.
